• We see people in our showroom on an appointment only basis. As we have an elaborate showroom set up in our home, having an appointment ensures not only my availability, but also, one on one service.
   
• We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit,  Personal Cheque. A deposit is appreciated on all orders, we carry many items in stock.
   
• If we order anything for you, it could take up to 3 weeks, wedding invitations take 1-2 weeks.
   
• Our appointment timeframes are typically as follows but are subject to change as needed.

Monday-Friday during the day
Wednesday and Thursday evenings
Some Saturdays

• When your order comes in you will be phoned or emailed to let you know. You don't necessarily need an appointment come for a pickup but we need to make sure I am available for you to come by.
   

• If you can't make the appointment you have scheduled, please phone me or email me as soon as you can to let me know. It is frustrating waiting for someone who is not coming, and that time could go to someone else also wanting to come in.
   

• If you phone us and receive our voice mail LEAVE A MESSAGE! If we are in the showroom with other brides and grooms, we sometimes can't get to the phone. Or email us. We always endeavour to return calls and emails quickly.
  
  

• If you are looking for a specific item, always feel free to contact us to see if we carry what you are looking for, or if we can get it for you. We have access to many other products in addition to what is in the showroom.
